Service Description
In the unfortunate event you need to cancel, please do so no less than 48 hours prior to your booking to allow us to allocate the booking to somebody else. We appreciate not all bookings can be cancelled within this time, however, if you know in advance please let us know. If you have bookings elsewhere on the same day, we kindly ask that you still attend your appointment with us and view our collections, you can always go back to the previous shops if you have fallen in love with a gown there, it is always still worth visiting us too! We have have 2 parking spaces next our boutique for our clients. Thank you in advance and we look forward to meeting you! Haley & Stacey
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, please try to contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment so we can re-allocate the space. We appreciate that not all cancellations can be made within this time scale and unfortunate events happen, your courteous nature to cancel is always acknowledged. If you need to reschedule, don't worry, please e-mail us and we can do this for you. Thank you!
